Downloads - Brought to you by Karen Wisse, compiled from suggestions from myself and other stroke survivors. Good luck to you and get on with smiling and being free from your former struggles - yes enjoy your new struggles, you've got the time now. Be loved and let people in and let them help with love not pity.

I used to breast feed the kids eons ago to music, and gentle sashay across the lounge - do that now without the burdens.

Get up and move like no ones watching! Put music on and move. Feel the music. Choose the music. Tap your fingers, hum, sing to get your voice back. Enjoy the quiet and get reacquainted with your favorite songs, sing from song sheets, print like it's free.

Download the exercise sheets I was given for rehab purposes.

Each stroke is as unique as a finger print so tell your Doc what you do and don't feel.

Get someone to test your level of connectivity and feeling, sensations etc. and test the same things each week and each month note the changes occurring.

There is a PDF from the Nat Stroke Foundation of NZ that may be of use here.
