Don't like paying rates on your land? Here's a hint:A QEII open space covenant is a legally binding protection agreement, which is registered on the title of the land. It is voluntary but once in place binds the current and all subsequent landowners. Each covenant is unique. It can apply to the whole property or just part of the property. QEII pays for the survey costs in most instances. You may also be eligible for other funding assistance, including:

I recommend online back ups, for both your accounting software, customer database and storage of your legal contracts, investor information and staff records. Don't get caught without remote access to your business. If a disruption occurs where you can not get into your building, burnt, burglars or a virus destroys your records, you need to be able to contact your staff, and get on with life - without reinventing the wheel. It's pointless to leave back ups on site. |

Fun quirky stuff: What ever happens in a disaster it will actually only take seconds to occur. I have just relocated from Christchurch (March 2012) and I am all about being sensible. All disasters are the same, you'll end up reliving it, for about a year. Get a survival kit, lace it with chocolate and treats. 3 liters of water per day per person inc. cleaning, don't forget to add more for pets. These kits should handy, with a spare kit in the car. Sometimes however, you will not be able to get to your car, so think smart and place it somewhere that is accessible. Quake Count Global. LA seems to be going through some sceismic adjustmants, as is the rest of the rim. The rim of fire. |

Hi I'm Karen Wisse.
Living in the Far North, the restaurants are World Class, the scenery is Spectacular, water falls and rivers, lakes and beaches, breathtaking lifestyles on a daily basis. The only issue is, there isn't a rail system. Few local Emergency Services, other than a provincial hospital.
Land is cheap, builders are struggling to find work and tradesmen are leaving the area in droves. If only we could offer Full build relocation proposals.
Oh wait. We can.
We can supply you with the logistics, costs of electricity based on your existing business, flat commercial land, permits on purchase in some cases, using the latest technology and Govt incentives: solar, hydrothermal and water and sewer treatments so you are not dependant on normal council services, build costs, water costs, staff costs, housing costs. Even conference and perk costs, for instance Marlin fishing once a month after knock off at say 3pm? What isn't available: We have no Railway, so Tourism & Freight to keep the roads free of trucks. If your staff run into trouble, there is only the rescue helicopter, 4 St John Ambulance depot's, the Search and Rescue team that cover 8000 km2.
If you have a dream, like getting a local job that pays a decent wage, starting a business to try and pay the mortgage whilst your upskilling for your chosen career, growing your business or retiring to paradise in a house of your own design, land is cheap, builders are waiting to get busy - just call me, email me, and I can make it happen. Buyers for businesses, staff issues. What do you need?
I have access through reliable agencies, skilled workers both Kiwis and internationals wishing to work in New Zealand. And I mean work. It's easy to bring in talented people, and even easier than you think to get locals back from Whangarei, Auckland and Australia, Dubai, Papua New Guinea, and where ever else they commute to 3 months on, 2 weeks off. Or consider hiring Casuals without temp fees, casuals who need to upskill in your area will almost work for free for three months. Don't overlook what's in front of you if you don't have the time, find some one who does. That would be me. We have thousands of homes with people wanting to work from home instead of commute two hours every day - they have Broadband, a land line and can type, offer administration, update your website, if they need it, I can offer inhouse training for them to work on your software.
I can travel New Zealand as required, and can walk you through some practical ideas you can implement to stream line, cost cut and iron out staffing KPIs. Delivering manuals, Implement exit strategies or even design a house in paradise (nailing in details such as fixed price builds once design, and personal choices such as size and colour of brick, kitchen allowances and features specified). All from $18ph Plus expenses.
So what is it you need today?
Just email and get a job done right - how can I help you?
